These are all inevitable, so why aren’t we equipped or taught about what to do with suffering? Why are we often suffering alone? And very importantly, why aren’t we comfortable talking about our suffering with others, and why are they not comfortable talking about it? This podcast is hopefully a place where you can feel understood in some way.
